Bryson started Expedition Home Solutions after seeing homeowners stuck with properties they couldn't sell and couldn't afford to fix.

When a house needs too much work, banks won't secure a loan on it. Agents pass, buyers disappear at inspection, and the homeowner is left carrying the cost. We work the other side of that problem: we buy in any condition, or we bring cash buyers and investors who do the same. Every offer is reviewed personally — no committee, no runaround.

For us it's about taking the ashes of a distressed home, making something beautiful with it, giving that beauty away to future homeowners, and watching the city come alive again, one house at a time.
